Summary:

In my thesis a model is developed, which makes the process of calculating offers and realising turnkey building projects more efficient. In order to reach this goal, projects are structured with a new macro unit called component, which serves as an instrument for simultanious cost planning and sceduling of processes. Through the use of components calculation is made faster and more reliable. At the same time this structuring method is suitable for planning and controlling the building process. Special emphasis is put on simplifing the measurement of work performance and adequate accounting with subcontractors.
